Book II of The Quality of Thinking series

This is book two in the Quality of Thinking Series. The series contains three Books.

  • Book 1 Finding Your Center
  • Book 2 The Quality of Thinking
  • Book 3 Putting Power into Your Actions

Although all three deal with specific strategies to gain control over your thinking each on covers a distinct area. Although they are related, they each deal with specific aspects of the mind.

This book is not intended to be a promotional book for The Quality of Thinking program. The purpose of this book is to give you simple, yet very effective mental tools that if applied correctly will improve the Quality of Your Thinking and therefore, the quality of your life.

The practices, concepts, and programs contained within these pages, don’t present any opposition to, or require any religious beliefs to perform.

The science is explained and some real-life examples are given to assist in understanding how simple exercises can have positive and profound impacts on the development of the mind.

This book is intended to be useful to you on many levels.  Most of my coaching and workshops are interactive.  I have found that people learn most when they experience and interact with the subject matter.  All lasting learning and change comes about through a process.  This book  brings you through a process that will allow you to experience the power behind the skills it gives you.

It contains explanations of the theories and the science behind the mind and other modes of thinking. Also, included are case studies and examples.  This will give you some concrete, real life examples of the application of the theories discussed.  Also included, are interactive exercises you can perform to gain personal experience and a better understanding of the concepts explained.  Finally, the book includes a series of simple, but extremely powerful mind-body skills you can apply to make direct and lasting changes in the quality of your life.

This book will be most effective if you read through one chapter and complete the exercises before you move on to the next chapter.  However, if you are  as impatient as I am, I suggest reading through the entire book and then going back and performing the exercises and learning the techniques  after you have gained an overall grasp of the science.

My approach in this book is the same approach I use in everything that I do in my life; I  begin with practical tools that you can be apply to change the quality of your  life.

It is my sincere goal, both through this book and developing programs such as The Quality of Thinking that I can impart some of my hard-earned experiences that will assist you in overcoming any barriers that may be holding you back from living the life you know you were meant to live.
